How do commercial cleaning companies charge?

It’s our goal to make your business relationship with us as easy to manage as possible. This includes billing. We develop a contract with you for services and bill you based on that contract.

You never need to worry about paying your cleaning crew or individual custodians directly. Contracts are fully customizable and are therefore designed to fit within your organization’s budget for janitorial services.

The availability of supplies at competitive prices gives our customers a one-stop shop without the need for keeping track of inventory, writing purchase orders, receiving, and writing separate checks for supplies.

Does Cleanteam only provide after hours cleaning services?

Does Cleanteam only provide “after hours” cleaning services?

No. In fact, we prefer to schedule our janitorial services during daylight hours, which conserves energy and keeps everyone safer. That said, we offer our clients fully customizable scheduling, and we can tailor your cleaning routines for maximum convenience around the clock.

Where Does Cleanteam work?

Cleanteam provides professional janitorial services for larger-scale businesses with about 20,000 sq. ft. or more of space near Harrisburg, PA. We are headquartered in Lemoyne and typically serve the Capital Region (Cumberland and Dauphin County), York, and Lancaster—but we’re willing to travel for some contracts throughout Eastern and Central PA. We have serviced accounts in Chambersburg and in the Poconos, for example.
